Bernadette Parnell

Bernadette is a former Banking Vice President. During her banking career of 28 years, her experience included management, lending, and business development. She brings those same skills to the practice of real estate to assist her clients in the sale or purchase of one of the largest financial transactions that they may ever make. Bernadette entered the field of Real Estate in 2009, arguably one of the most challenging times since the Great Depression. By her grit and determination and strong work ethic, she has steadily grown her knowledge and skills by utilizing her natural talents and professional expertise in the same easy, friendly, and professional manner that she has been known for. Bernadette works in all areas of Santa Fe and in all price ranges representing both residential and commercial properties. The number of sales of homes, land, and commercial property has placed her in the top 10% of Realtors in Santa Fe County. Bernadette has been married forever to her soul mate, Bob, has 2 adult sons, and a granddaughter. She loves cooking and entertaining friends and family and is a member of several cooking groups that love cooking, and enjoy great food, and camaraderie.
