Rose's family goes back to the early 1500's in New Mexico and she knows the Santa Fe real estate market! One of her specialties is investment properties. Rose has assisted several investors find income-producing properties.

She is also e-Certified by Prudential, which recognizes her savvy in using technology (especially the Internet) in real estate marketing. RSPS-Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation in November 2009. SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist in October 2010. Rose has a proven track record in sales and marketing and more than twenty-years experience in working with clients. She handled a large sales territory for ComputerLand, working with businesses and individuals to assess their computer and network requirements. Working with a prestigious property management firm gave Rose a solid background in listening to clients needs and putting the client with the right property.
